My first ever attempt to vegan waffles and I thought might as well try to make them gluten free and they turned out pretty good !

Ingredients :
1 cup oat flour (I just blended oats)
1 tbsp baking powder
½ banana
¼ cup plant based milk
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions :
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into your preheated waffle iron and cook until golden. Top with kiwi, passion fruit, pomegranate seeds, coconut flakes and strawberry jam 🤤
