I remember a time when I thought carbs equaled gaining weight and I would rarely eat my beloved pasta dishes or even bananas. Now my morning smoothies contain 2-3 bananas and I eat pasta almost on a daily basis and I’m still lean. I’m not a dietitian or anything but speaking from personal experience carbs didn’t make me gain. I’ve been eating high carb low fat for 4 years now and feeling my best this way!
Anyways here’s a packed pasta salad with greens, tomato, cucumber, capers, lemon juice, thyme, basil, carrots and radishes 🌈🌈🌈🌈
