One pan and multiple servings that you can easily split into lunchboxes 🤗 not really a recipe since it’s very easy but here’s what I did : sautéed the diced tofu with soy sauce, thinned some peanut butter with water and drizzled it during cooking time, pan fried bell peppers (no oil), cooked some glass noodles following the instructions on the packet and added some spinach and basil last minute 💚 Would you be interested in more quick meals like this one?
