Hola! As some of you may remember I’m a Political Science major and so I’ve been attending a day long conference on issues related to water, oil and power in the Middle East and I’m so surprised my college have vegan catered options ! I had even packed a lunch but these vegan Banh Mi looked to good 🤤 They had marinated tofu, vegan cream, chili sauce, cucumber, pickled daikon and carrots, jalapeños and cilantro and I also had an almond chai latte ☕️
