Loved making these candy cane brownies this week to snack on during the last finals and Christmas shopping 🎄
Festive brownies :

¾ cup flour
¼ cup cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vegan dark chocolate chips
¾ cup sugar
½ cup non dairy milk
2 drops of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon mixed spices (clove, ginger, cardamon)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 ½ vegan candy cane, crushed 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2.Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
3.Add the wet ingredients (except the chocolate chips) to the mixture 4.Stir well until the batter is smooth
5.Fold in the chocolate chips and pieces of the crushed candy cane
6.Pour the batter into a  pan, bake for 20 minutes without forgetting to rotate the pan halfway and add the remaining candy cane pieces last minute
7.Cool before serving
